Return and Exchange Policy

You want to change size or return a product?

Some information before exchanging or returning products.

  • You have 14 days after receiving the items to decide if you want to exchange or return them.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it:
    • unused, undamaged, containing hygienic pad, tags and return form
  • Change size? If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • You as a customer are responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.
  • We recommend to use Post i Butikk or your local Post office
  • You as a customer is responsible for the return until we have received it, so remember to hold on to your postage receipt.
  • When we have received the package in return our handling time can be up to 14 days. You will receive an email from us when package is received in return and further information.
  • If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item  (not including shipping cost).
  • If the items are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund or a new item.
  • If you have placed an order using VIPPS, we will ask for an account number to return your money for the returned items.
